Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped on the next business after your order is received. Shipment transit times vary by zone, but shipments within the U.S. usually take anywhere from 1-8 days. At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any unopened and unused product for another Clovertree product of equal value. Once a product has been opened or used, it may not be returned for an exchange.
All products for exchange must be approved for exchange via email through our customer service at support@clovertree.com before being shipped back to our fulfillment center.
